Hydrangeas in Kaisei Town – Kanagawa, Japan

Hydrangeas in Kaisei Town – Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan

The natural landscape in the town of Kazei has been lost due to maintenance (farm roads, waterways in the paddy field) since 1978, making it very convenient for agricultural work.

Therefore, from 1983, about 5,000 hydrangeas were planted along the farm roads and waterways in the paddy field in order to create a landscape of hydrangea and countryside that has never been seen before.
