Walk in Yichun, China – Wanzai Ancient City
Wanzai Ancient City (万载古城) is located in Wanzai County, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, China. The scenic area covers an area of about 237 acres, with a total construction area of about 130,000 square meters.
It preserves 27 ancient ancestral halls from the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China. There are many ancient houses, ancient streets, alleys, granaries, wells and other ancient buildings and immovable cultural relics, is relatively well-preserved.
On May 31, 2019, Wanzai Ancient City was announced as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
