Walk in Shanghai – Thames Town

Thames Town (泰晤士小镇) is a new town in Songjiang District, about 30 kilometres (19 mi) from central Shanghai. It is named after the River Thames in London, United Kingdom. The architecture is themed according to classic British market town styles. There are cobbled streets, Victorian terraces, corner shops and red telephone boxes.

The most eye-catching thing in the town is the Thames Church in the center of the town. This is a good place for young people to take wedding photos.

In addition to its beautiful environment, the town also has schools, hotels, commercial streets, bookstores, and so on.
Thames Town is a good place to relax, and it might be a good place to come here on weekends.
