People’s Square (人民廣場) is a large public square in the Huangpu District of Shanghai. It is the political, economic, cultural and tourist center and transportation hub of Shanghai, as well as one of the most important landmarks in the city.

People’s Square consists of an open plaza, the People’s Park, and a number of surrounding cultural, tourist, and commercial buildings.
