Scenery of Yeongju Museom Village – Yeongju, South Korea
Yeongju Museom Village (영주 무섬마을) is a traditional village located in Yeongju city in the far north region of North Gyeongsang province in South Korea.
Museom Village is the Korean word for Sudo-ri, which means an island floating on water.
This place, designated as a national folk cultural asset, is a place where memories of the past and present coexist intact, from thatched-roof houses to tile-roofed houses and improved houses.
It is also where it is. It is a place that is more intimate because it is not made like a tourist destination. The old history of the village is also a place that makes you think a lot because traces of time remain intact like human life and death.
