Walk in Shanghai – Zhenru Ancient Town
The ancient town of Zhenru, located in Putuo District, was built in 1320 and has been in existence for 700 years.
The original look of the old town is nowhere to be seen, it is more like a residential area, except for the ancient temple of Zhenru there are still memories of history and you don’t feel like you are travelling back in time as you walk through the streets.
Today we just briefly browse through and walk all the way to Zhenru Park, a somewhat chilly garden.
