Walk in Shanghai – Minhang Sports Park

Minhang Sports Park is a park in Minhang District, Shanghai, with a total area of 84 hectares (1260 acres). It is the first sports theme park and a five-star park in Shanghai.

The park is located at the junction of Xinzhuang Town and Qibao Town. The park was originally an abandoned construction waste dump. The construction began in November 2001 and opened to the public in January 2004.

The overall feeling of the park does not have many sports elements, except for a sports stadium, but the ecological greening in the park is quite good.
