Walk in Shanghai – Hanghua New Village
Hanghua New Village (航华新村; Hanghuaxincun) is located in Minhang District, Shanghai, connected to the Hongqiao transport hub.
Hanghua New Village Community is a large-scale modern residential community developed on the basis of a relocation base built in 1992. It is one of the most famous and outstanding residential areas in the western suburbs of Shanghai.
It is also one of the residential areas of Shanghai Airport and Eastern Airlines staff.
The greenery here is good, the street tree coverage is high, and the corners of the street are neatly planned and arranged. Street names often begin with the word Hang, Hangbei Road, Hangnan Road, etc., and there is also the largest pet market in East China.
Wandering in the Hanghua community, I heard the roar of aircraft from time to time in the sky. Not far away is the location of Hongqiao International Airport.
