Walk in Shanghai – Grand Gateway 66 Mall to Wukang Mansion

Wukang Mansion or Wukang Building (武康大楼), formerly known as the Normandie Apartments or International Savings Society Apartments, is a protected historic apartment building in the former French Concession area of Shanghai.

It has become a landmark in Shanghai, and countless people come here every day.

Wukang Building covers an area of 1,580 square meters, with a construction area of 9,275 square meters, funded by the Universal Savings Association, and designed by Wu Dak, a famous architect living in Shanghai.

We start our walk at Grand Gateway 66 shopping mall (港汇广场) in the Xuhui District of Shanghai and then walk north along the Huashan Road to Wukang Mansion.
