Walk in Shanghai – Central Enterprises Headquarters
The 2010 World Expo was held in Shanghai, which further promoted the development of Shanghai. After the World Expo, the former park land has been idle. Many people speculate that if this land is developed for real estate, the government will get a good report. Ten years have passed. The land in the park was not used for building. Green spaces were built along the river, and offices.
The Area near Pudong Lupu Bridge was first built as the office area of the central enterprises headquarters. When it was first completed, 25 enterprises settled in the park. Large state-owned enterprises such as Chinalco, COMAC, and Huaneng are all operating here, and we are here today.
