The Winter Christmas Light Tree Festival takes place on Gwangbok-ro Street, a street of culture and fashion in Busan City.
Busan (부산), officially known as Busan Metropolitan City (부산광역시), is South Korea’s second most populous city after Seoul. It is home to the world’s largest department store, the Shinsegae Centum City.
