Cute Black-necked Grebe at Lake Hinuma – Ibaraki, Japan
Eared Grebe or Black-necked Grebe, whatever they are not small Ducks but Grebes. They always dive into the water, so I have never seen them flying.
Ibaraki Prefecture is a prefecture of Japan located in the Kantō region of Honshu.
