Isola Rossa is a small fishing village on the Costa Rossa, only 6 kilometers away from the town of Trinità d’Agultu e Vignola in the Italian region Sardinia.

It is an important tourist destination overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. The village takes its name from the granite rock islet in front of the town.

Dominating the town is the Spanish tower, built around the end of the 1500s, which was created as a lookout point to defend the place from pirate raids.

The village is home to the beaches of the Spiaggia Longa (Funtana ‘Eccia) and the Spiaggia di Li Femini, both equipped with every comfort where it is possible to go surfing, windsurfing, diving and snorkeling.

These beaches are characterized by white sand and a crystal clear sea with extraordinary seabeds that are home to a wonderful and varied flora, as well as a rich marine fauna.
