When I walked Longchang Road, I felt that the part near the southern end still maintained the style of the last century, especially at the intersection of Longchang Road and Changyang Road. Although it is not a red spot in Shanghai, the Longchang Building and the Yangpu Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, as well as the residential buildings of the former Japan Hengsan Company at No. 222 Longchang Lu still retain the style of the 1930s and 1940s. If you come here for a walk, you must have a feeling of crossing, such as going back to Shanghai Beach in the past.
With the development of the city, this area located in the middle of Yangpu District is being transformed. We hope that the municipal department will preserve valuable historical buildings for future generations.
Longchang Road (Longchang Rd) starts from Yangshupu Road (Yangshupu Rd) in the south and east of Yanji Road (Yanji Middle Rd, Yanji E Rd) in the north. It is 2347 meters long.
