Walk in Shanghai – Xinhongqiao Central Garden
Xinhongqiao Central Garden (新虹桥中心花园; New Hongqiao Central Garden) is a four-star park located in Changning District, Shanghai.
Groundbreaking was held in November 1999 and the park was officially opened on September 29, 2000. The park was jointly designed by the Canadian Institute of Landscape Architecture and Design and the Shanghai Institute of Landscape Architecture and Design.
It is mostly planted with plants, and it has a lake. Because of its beautiful environment, the park is often visited by wild ducks in the springtime. The park has walking trails, a soccer field, and a basketball court.
