Julong Village of Qing Dynasty in Guangzhou
Julong Village (聚龙村) is a well-preserved ancient building complex of the Qing Dynasty located in Baiyun District north of the center of Guangzhou City, China.
The village was first built in the fifth year of Guangxu Emperor in the Qing Dynasty (1879) and was completed in the fifteenth year of Guangxu.
This ancient village is said to have a history of more than 140 years. Green bricks and gray tiles, wooden windows, masonry floor tiles, this is how ancient buildings in this village. They were built on a foundation.
It was once a bustling place, but it’s quiet now. The fact that the village has survived in its original state makes it a treasure belonging to a new generation.
