Capo Pecora & Spiaggia delle Uova – Arbus, Sardinia, Italy
Arbus is a comune in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region of Sardinia. Located in the southwest coast of the island.
Capo Pecora is a promontory, located in the municipality of Arbus, it is the southernmost point of the Costa Verde and municipal territory.
Granite promontory stands out in a coast dominated by limestone: the pinkish of the granite contrasts with the turquoise of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean scrub. Sheer, windswept cliffs border it and frame small beaches of pebbles.
It is known for its marine life; the seabed teems with mormoras, mullet, octopus, amberjack, bream, and sea bass. Therefore, it is beloved by snorkeling enthusiasts: don’t forget your mask and camera to discover and capture surrounding beauty and seabed wonders.
