Carpet of Flowers in Sanda – Hyogo, Japan
Shibazakura Park: Hana no Juutan (花のじゅうたん) is one of the few gardens in Japan that specializes in moss phlox. It is called the “carpet of flowers”.
The garden is in Sanda (三田市). It is a city located near Osaka, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
