Spring Hike in Murnauer Moos – Bavaria, Germany

Murnauer Moos is vast preserve featuring trails through forest & wetland areas, wildlife & views of the Alps.

At the beginning of May we hiked a circular path (approx. 12.5 kilometers) through Munauer Moos and enjoyed the wonderful view of the still snow-covered mountain peaks.

The circular route begins and ends at the hiking car park on Ramsachstrasse, near the “Ramsachkircherl”. Directly next to it there is an inn and beer garden (“Ähndl”), which would be worth a visit after the hike.
