Starting near the Cascata do Arado, in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park (PNPG), this route passes through several points of interest. Among them, Miradouro das Rocas, Cascata do Arado, Vale da Teixeira and some corrals. This route is not signposted, it has about 10 km of circular shape with a moderate degree of difficulty.
Cascata do Arado, is one of the most visited and frequented waterfalls in Gerês, located on the Arado River, a river formed by other fluvials, including the Teixeira River, which crosses the Teixeira Valley.
