Photography Trip – Coast of Beara Peninsula, Ireland

Beara or the Beara Peninsula is a peninsula on the south-west coast of Ireland, bounded between the Kenmare “river” to the north side and Bantry Bay to the south.

The peninsula contains a long and varied scenic coast, two mountain ranges and a number of passes, and forms part of the Wild Atlantic Way.

I am at a spot that I have passed on both my recent trips to Beara. I needed a high tide to get the shots I wanted. Today I arrived just on time and decided that I would show how I go about using long exposure photography to create some minimalism art.
