Aso Kuju National Park (阿蘇くじゅう国立公園) is a national park in Kumamoto and Ōita Prefectures, Japan. The park derives its name from Mount Aso, the largest active volcano in Japan, and the Kuju mountains.

Established as Aso National Park in 1934, in 1986 after extension the park was renamed Aso Kuju National Park.

It is a mountainous 280 sq. mile national park with a vast caldera, grassland, marshes and hot springs.

Mt. Nakadake (中岳) is a smoking caldera and lake on Mt. Aso with visitor access to the rim, volcanic conditions permitting.

Takadake (高岳) highest peak of Mt. Aso, 1592.3m.
