The beach of Cala del Morto is a small jewel among the beautiful beaches of Chia.
Chia, also named Baia di Chia, is a coastal area in southern Sardinia (Italy), which is also a village, frazione of the municipality of Domus de Maria, in the Province of South Sardinia.
Domus de Maria is a comune (municipality) in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) southwest of Cagliari.
The beach takes its name from the presence of a cross among the rocks near the cove.
It is characterized by a small beach nestled between two small cliffs (depending on the tides sometimes is larger), and is formed by fine amber sand and a beautiful sea with crystal clear water from the color almost emerald and shallow water and sandy.
