Pudong Football Stadium is located in Jinqiao (Jinqiao is a town of Pudong, Shanghai), which is the third professional football stadium after Hongkou and Jinshan Football Stadium.
It is the home stadium of Shanghai SIPG Football Club. The football field is shaped in traditional Chinese porcelain. The white roof near the football field is wrapped in translucent materials, which will allow more sunlight to penetrate into the stadium and ensure that the turf can receive sufficient sunlight.
The overall project construction period is about three years, and it is planned to be completed in 202. Construction land area: 100842.0 square meters.
